And what are your meaningless verses in English?
Or you can write meaningful ones, just as you like it
American
How smart you are)) And your commas before "because" and "where" are also incorrect because you're trying to write in English, not Russian.

oh, tnx))) i always wanted to know: when you translate songs is it necessary for you to like them...or you can do the best of you without liking songs))? because i think the most you like the song the better will be the result)) ......but when you are a translator...you need to like everything))

In my opinion the best translation can be made only if you had listened a song before and you like it very much. But if you have... so to speak, some inspiration in some moments, you can also work for pleasure and certainly have very good results. When I compare my translations with each other I see that the best are not the songs I like most but the songs that I translated with bigger wish and clear mind (not thinking about anything else).

Hello again, sorry for being so long, i just had a lot of work to do at the University)
I think the same as you) You know at the english classes we have to do some reports about english and american writers. And at the end ot each report we should do linguistic present for our teacher. When i did it the first time, i translated the favourite song, but i did it just for the translation *for some result*...though it had rhyme...but it wasn't very good) But when i did the same work for the next time i translated the text of the same band...and...i..i just wanted it to be the best i made a lot of efforts and you know when i finished it, it was really very good) though it wasn't my favourite song, but i had, as you'd told, some inspiration.
...anyway the human nature is too difficult to be understood))
I've read some of your posts and would also like to share my experience in translating songs (believe me, it's quite an experience!)
As for me, I enjoy myself when translating songs I like listening to. In this case I work without strain and feel inspiration, of course! Sometimes I reconsider translations I made months ago and try to correct and improve them to reach perfection If I like a song, I feel pleasure working with its text, no matter how long or difficult it is (saying this I keep in mind rap songs. Yes, there are some rap songs on the list of my favourite ones!!!)
And there is another group of translations which I make without personal involvement, i.e. without my personal interest in this or that song. I'm involved, of course, but in the sense of being helpful to people who seek help on amalgama-lab.com It's a great feeling to know that you've done good for so many people
